Maid of Honor SpeechMy cousin is getting married in a few months and she asked me to be her maid of honor!
I’m really excited but I have only been to a few weddings.
I’ve never even been a bridesmaid.
I am not very good at writing and I want my speech to leave an impact on her.

we have been friends for about 5 years and i am actually surprised that I was chosen to be her matron of honor. I have never been in this position before and now I have to stand and talk in front of 200 people. Do you know any sites or do you have experiences to share?

Or maybe not the worst but the most unforgettable that you’ve been to. Either from bride, groom, best man, or maid of honor.
My father was the best man for my brother. During his speech, he said that my brother picked up his new wife "on the corner like all the others" and kept her because "she did a good job with him". It was SO embarassing for everyone, my brother and his wife were motified and my dad didn’t think he did anything wrong. Comparing the new bride to a hooker, nothing wrong with that, right?! That was pretty bad…

The wedding date is July 1st…and I am still drawing a blank. I need help coming up with a good, funny, wedding centered quote or two to use. Not to mention the actual toast…
Any tips??? Please keep in mind that there will be a few highly religious people attending, so I don’t want to offend them with something gross.

Well, this is it, I am the Maid of Honor in my sister’s wedding. And as you know, I have to make a toast/speech, and I am stumped. I can not think of anything to say. So what makes a good toast? Well, we are pretty young, My sister is 19, and I’m 15, so it just makes it tougher. Well, any tips will make it easier, Thanks.

cuz i understand….but i never saw americans marrying young…
