A great idea is to just speak on a fond or funny memory that you have with the bride. This will be very sweet and sentimental but can also be short. Good luck!
My sister is getting married next weekend and I’m her matron of honor. I’ve never given a toast at a wedding and am not sure where to begin. We’ve never been very close, especially growing up. I want it to be sentimental and thoughtful, not too humorous. Any suggestions? websites out there with speeches written? I don’t have time to go buy a book. I just need some help in getting started.
